Overview

FALL 2026 season runs for 10 weeks beginning the week of Sept. 7, and ending the week of Nov. 16, 2026.
Practice days/times vary by site.
Each school can choose what days work best for their school:
Girls on the Run schedule is 2x/week for 1.5 hrs
Heart & Sole has 2 schedule options - 2x/week for 2.5 hrs or 1x/week for 2 hrs
The season-culminating GOTR 5K event. Date & Location varies by region.

The scholarship approval process is included in the online and paper registration process. Simply answer the scholarship questions during registration, and the computer will determine your eligibility and adjust the fee accordingly.

Building confidence and setting young girls down the path of a healthy lifestyle is PRICELESS! However, there are real costs associated with operating a non-profit organization and delivering the Girls on the Run program to girls in the North State each year. Thanks to fundraising efforts, grants, donors and sponsors, the base rate of $165 per girl is already discounted for ALL girls from the true cost of $250+ per girl. What does the program fee include?:

20 ninety-minute sessions conducted by certified GOTR volunteer coaches
Curriculum and lesson materials
