  • SPRING 2026 season runs for 10 weeks beginning the week of February 2, and ending the week of May 4, 2026.
  • Practice days/times vary by site.
  • Heart & Sole has two delivery models - each school can choose what works best for their school: standard schedule of 2x a week for 1.5 hrs or 1x a week for 2 hrs.
  • The season-culminating GOTR 5K event. Date & Location varies by region.

The scholarship approval process is included in the online and paper registration process. Simply answer the scholarship questions during registration, and the computer will determine your eligibility and adjust the fee accordingly.

Building confidence and setting young girls down the path of a healthy lifestyle is PRICELESS! However, there are real costs associated with operating a non-profit organization and delivering the Girls on the Run program to girls in the North State each year. Thanks to fundraising efforts, grants, donors and sponsors, the base rate of $165 per girl is already discounted for ALL girls from the true cost of $250+ per girl. What does the program fee include?:

  • 20 ninety-minute sessions conducted by certified GOTR volunteer coaches
  • Curriculum and lesson materials
  • Official GOTR T-shirt
  • 5K Registration Fee
